• A full refund is available if you request a cancellation after payment and app registration, provided the test has not yet started and the app has not been installed on any test devices. (However, refunds are not available if the test has ended due to expiration.)
• If a service issue prevents normal use and results in verified impact, a full refund will be provided.

• Once the app has been installed on one or more test devices and testing has started, refunds are not available.
• Once the usage (testing) period has expired and the service has automatically ended, it is considered a service already provided and is not refundable. If you need additional testing, please use the 'Extend Duration' feature.
• If the app is deleted after the usage period expires without ever being installed on any test device because the buyer did not complete the Google Play Console tester registration and test environment setup, it is not refundable as it is attributable to the buyer.
